两岸资讯电子产品产业内贸易特征与产业分工

The Intra-industry Trade of IT Products and Industrial Division Between the Mainland and Taiwan

本文采用显性比较优势指数(RCA)、贸易竞争指数(TSC)、产业内贸易指数(IIT)、对两岸资讯电子产品的竞争力和产业内贸易的水平及其演变进行测度和分析。研究表明,两岸资讯电子产业各有优劣势,互补性强;两岸电子产品产业内贸易的发展在很大程度上是台商投资带动的结果;随着大陆台商的本地化趋势越来越明显,与台湾的产业贸易将被台商的投资所替代,两岸分工将日益趋向水平型。文章最后指出,随着两岸三通的全面实现及ECFA的签订,两岸的投资和贸易关系都将发生深刻变化,这些变化将有利于两岸产业内贸易的发展,有利于深化两岸电子产业分工。

This paper analyzed the competitiveness of electronic products and the level and the evolution of intra-industry trade between the mainland and Taiwan based on revised specialization competitiveness （RC index） and intra-industry trade index （GL index）, and it used GHM method to measure the type of intra-industry trade of electronic products. The study showes that the development of the cross-strait intraindustry trade of electronic products is largely driven by Taiwan investment; The cross-strait division of labor still takes the vertical division of labor as the main types, the production Chain of the high-tech and high value-added production still mainly keep in Taiwan;Taiwan Residents investment in the electronics industry is conducive to the cross-strait division of labor and will enhance the product competitive ability in the international market; With the trend of localization of Taiwan Residents businessmen in mainland become more and more obvious, the cross-strait industrial trade will be replaced by the Taiwan Residents investment and the trend of horizontal division between the Mainland and Taiwan will increas. Finally, the paper pointed out that the crossstrait investment and trade relations will undergo profound changes with the full realization of the ＂three links＂ between China mainland and Taiwan, as well as the signing of ECFA in the future. These changes will be beneficial to the development of intra-industry trade and the the deepening of electronic industrial division of the Mainland and Taiwan.
