高度支化聚氨酯/环氧树脂的合成与性能 被引量:3

Synthesis and properties of highly branched polyurethane/epoxy resin

摘要 先以甲苯-2,4-二异氰酸酯(TDI)、聚碳酸酯二醇(PCDL)和聚醚胺(ATA)为原料,采用A2+B3法合成了含端氨基且具有高度支化结构的聚氨酯(AHBPU),然后与环氧树脂(EP)固化交联反应,合成了高度支化聚氨酯/环氧树脂(AHBPU/EP).通过红外光谱(FT-IR)、差式扫描量热分析(DSC)、热重分析(TGA)、电子拉力测试等手段对产物的结构和性能进行了表征.探讨了EP对AHBPU/EP的玻璃化转变温度(Tg)和热分解温度的影响,同时研究了[B3]/[A2]比值和EP加入量对AHBPU/EP力学性能的影响.结果表明,相对于AHBPU而言,AHBPU/EP的Tg和热分解温度都有明显的提高;当nNCO-/nOH-=1.3,[B3]/[A2]=1∶1,mEP/mAHBPU=0.5时,AHBPU/EP的力学性能最好. Amino-terminated highly branched polyurethane(AHBPU) was synthesized via A2+B3 approach using 2,4-toluylene diisocyanate(TDI),polycarbonatediol(PCDL) and poly(oxyalkylene) triamine(ATA) as materials.Then,highly branched polyurethane modified by epoxy resin(AHBPU/EP) was obtained by the curing reaction between the AHBPU and EP,The structure and properties of the products were characterized by Fourier Transform Infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),thermal gravimetric analysis(TGA) and tensile tests,respectively.The effects of EP on the glass transition temperature(Tg) and degradation temperature of AHBPU/EP were studied.The effects of different molar ratio of(/) and the content of EP on the mechanical properties of AHBPU/EP were also investigated.The results showed that the AHBPU/EP had much higher Tg and degradation temperature compared with AHBPU.Meanwhile,the mechanical properties were optimum when the nNCO-/nOH-was 1.3,the / was 1∶1 and mEP/mAHBPU equaled to 0.5.
