Calculation of the Order-picking Time at Distribution Center X

借鉴数学模型法的思想,结合秒表时间研究的方法,对X配送中心的拣选作业进行研究,提出了拣选作业各个作业单元时间的确定方法以及拣选作业总时间的计算方法。最后,通过实例计算和仿真验证证明利用该方法可以准确、有效地求得配送中心拣选作业时间。

Making use of the methodology of mathematical modeling and a stopwatch,the paper studies the order-picking operation of a certain distribution center X,proposes the method for the determination of the operation time at each order-picking unit and for the calculation of the overall order-picking time.Finally,through an empirical study and a simulation experiment,the methods are proven to be able to accurately and efficiently obtain the order-picking time at the distribution center.
