第三方物流企业的自动化立体仓库货位优化策略 被引量:2

摘要 通过对第三方物流企业的服务特点和自动化立体仓库提高出入库效率这一需求的分析,采用货品—货位耦合分配的思想,提出了适用于第三方物流企业的货位分配优化策略。利用数据库搜索排列等简单常用的操作方法,使得货物能够在满足上轻下重的存放原则的基础上,以最快的速度完成出入库作业,有效提高了第三方物流企业的生产服务效率。 The paper proposes a storage space allocation strategy for TPL enterprises based on the idea of item-location coupling; through common operations of database searching,sequencing and matching,it can guarantee the highest rate of inbound operation while abide by the principle of"light on top and heavy at bottom",thus greatly improving the efficiency of the TPL enterprises in their production and service.
