The paper proposes a storage space allocation strategy for TPL enterprises based on the idea of item-location coupling; through common operations of database searching,sequencing and matching,it can guarantee the highest rate of inbound operation while abide by the principle of＂light on top and heavy at bottom＂,thus greatly improving the efficiency of the TPL enterprises in their production and service.
