摘要
运用大客户竞价谈判策略,构建军用油料订购模型,并对竞价谈判流程进行了分析,结果表明该方法有利于提高军费使用效益,获取优质高效的供货服务。
Using the bidding strategy in key account negotiation,the paper constructs the model of military POL ordering,and then analyzes the bidding negotiation process,with results showing that the model can help improve the efficiency of the military funds while securing high quality supplies.
