连云港云台山区域文化生态保护区的确立与框架性构想

Establishment and Frame of Yuntai Mountain Cultural Ecological Protection District

建设文化生态保护区是我国非物质文化遗产保护实践中提出的创新性课题,是对文化遗产开展生态性、整体性、系统性、生产性保护的重要方式,也是以创新思路发展文化产业的有效发展模式和良好载体,既符合当代社会、经济、文化发展趋势,也有助于积聚各类文化要素,协调各类文化关系,用活各类文化资源,发展各类文化产业,具有前瞻性、实用性和可持续发展性。连云港云台山是江苏省最大的山地区域,区域内有江苏省特有的山海文化、淮盐文化、渔俗文化、生态文化、徐福文化、《西游记》文化、《镜花缘》文化、大陆桥文化等多种文化要素,便于集中性地开展文化保护,发展文化产业,方便文化消费,推动文化发展,促进江苏省沿海文化事业和文化产业的大发展、大繁荣。

To construct cultural ecological protection districts is a brand-new research topic,which may lead the local cultural remains and historical sites being protected ecologically,entirely,systematically and productively.It is also an effective mode and carrier of developing cultural industry in an innovative way,which not only conforms to development trend of contemporary society economy,culture,but also contributes to accumulating various cultural elements,coordinating all kinds of cultural relationship,making full of abundant cultural resources and developing all sorts of cultural industry.Yuntai Mountain is the largest mountainous area in Jiangsu province,which remained many special cultures recourses,such as oceanic mountainous culture,Huai Salt Culture,Mr.Xufu’s Culture,Fish-man customs culture,the culture of Pilgrimage to the West,the culture of Stories of Flowers in the Mirror and so on.And it has the advantages of concentration on cultural protection,cultural industries,cultural consumes and cultural development,which is helpful to the great development and prosperity of cultural undertakings and industry along the seacoast in Jiangsu Province
