SDC projects refer to those whose survey,design and construction are carried out simultaneously.SDC projects exit unreasonably but truthfully in China.This paper analyses some important points for attention during the bidding,management,and contract performance of the SDC projects,and then gives some sugges-tions on how to manage and control the cost effectively to maximize the project value.
