摘要
教师的智力和知识水平与学生的发展关系甚小,对学生发展较为重要的因素有教师的教学能力以及教师的个性心理品质。
Teachers’ intellectual ability and knowledge level don’t have much impact on student development.However,important factors affecting student development involve teachers’ teaching ability and their individual psychological quality.
