摘要
以黄精为原料,水提醇沉后提取物经过DEAE-cellulose、sephacryl-S400、Sephadex G-100柱层析分离,最终得到一种黄精多糖PSPⅠ。通过单糖组成分析和1H-NMR、13C-NMR、135DEPT-NMR检测得知:PSPⅠ结构的主链为β-(1→2)键相连的酮糖,酮糖主链上连接着α构型的葡萄糖。
One neutral polysaccharide PSP I was isolated from Polygonatum sibiricum, by water extraction, ethanol precipitation and purification through DEAE-cellulose, sephacryl-S400 and Sephadex G-100 column chromatography. The structure was investigated using sugar composition analysis and 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, 135DEPT-NMR anal- ysis. The result showed that the main chain of PSP Ⅰ was ketose which linked by β-(1→2) bond, the glucose was linked to the main chain by α bond.
