摘要
由于体积小、重量轻、效率高、功率密度高的特点,永磁同步电机近年来受到轨道交通行业的密切关注。阐述了永磁同步电机的发展概况、优点及其结构,并从实现轨道交通直接传动和直接替换现有异步牵引系统两方面阐述了目前永磁同步牵引系统的研究概况,同时介绍了南车株洲电力机车研究所有限公司在永磁同步牵引系统所开展的工作。综合技术趋势和工程化,从系统设计策略、主电路结构、永磁同步电机、控制策略以及运营维护等方面对永磁同步牵引系统进行了具体的分析,为永磁同步牵引系统的研究应用提供参考,以积极推动我国永磁同步牵引系统的技术发展。
The permanent magnet synchronous traction technology had been drawn closely attention in rolling stock industry for its characteristics, such as low volume, light weight, high efficiency and high power density. The paper introduced the development overview, advantages and structure of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM). The research overview of PMSM traction system had been introduced from direct drive and directly replacing the existing induction motor traction system. The work PMSM traction system did by CSR Zhuzhou Institute Co., Ltd. had been introduced. The paper introduced the PMSM traction system from system design method, main circuit structure, PMSM, control method and operation and maintenance, which provides reference for the application of PMSM traction system and actively promote the development of PMSM traction system in our country.
