摘要
详细阐述了一种采用主辅一体化全新设计理念的大功率水冷IGBT变流器的系统原理、主电路、主要参数和总体结构,重点分析了该变流器的一体化集成设计、IGBT并联、水冷及保护等关键技术。通过系统联调试验表明,该变流器的技术性能能满足大功率电力机车交流传动牵引和辅助供电的要求。
This paper introduced an entirely new design concept of integrated high-power water-cooled IGBT converter systems, which including principle, the power circuit, the main parameters and overall structure. The integrated design for converter, IGBT parallel operation, water-cooled and protection had been emphatically analyzed. Through the system test, the converter can meet the technic performance of AC drive electric locomotive traction power and auxiliary power requirements.
