无线车载语音记录装置的设计与实现

摘要 为了规范乘务员的工作用语和协同监控装置分析行车事故,需要对机车电台和列尾装置自动录音。设计一种基于Wince操作系统实现双通道数字录音的语音记录设备,它通过采用大容量SD卡和有效的压缩,使用USB,无线WiFi,以太网等多种技术,解决了目前已有机车语音记录装置转储速度慢、存储容量小、操作不便的问题,实现通用高速转储和无接触远程操作。另外通过前端数据库和上层解析软件,可以在PC机上按时间、车次、地点等信息对录音文件进行检索、转储、回放,使用更为方便快捷。该产品通过了运行试验和现场鉴定,实现了小批量装车试用。 In order to regulate the working language of the crew and collaborative with monitoring device to analysis traffic acciden, it was necessary to automatically record the locomotive radio and train tail device. This paper designed a voice recorder, which could realize dual- channel digital audio recording based on the Wince operation system. The device used high-capacity SD card, effective compression, USB, wireless (WiFi), Ethernet and other technologies to solve the problems of currently used voice recorder, such as slow dump speed, small storage capacity and convenient operation. The device achieved universal access to high-speed dump and non-contact remote control. In addition, the voice file could be searched dumped, replayed and through the front database management and the upper analysis software on computer by time, train nember and location information and so on. The device had already been passed the operation test and field identification and been achieved small batch trail in the train, which fully meet the safety needs of railway operations.
