医学硕士研究生毕业生与新生卡特尔人格因素的比较分析

Analysis of Carter with The Freshmen and Graduate of Medical Postgraduate

目的:探讨研究医学硕士生群体的人格特点,为研究生的个性化培养提供依据。方法:采用16PF问卷对医学研究生进行测试。结果:医学研究生在大部分人格特质上表现出与全国大学生常模显著不同的特征;医学硕士研究生毕业生与新生人格特质比较,临床专业毕业生与新生相比C、E、H、L、N、O、Q3、X1、X2、X4和Y4共11项有统计学差异;基础专业毕业生与新生相比B、I和M仅3项有意义;女生中毕业生与新生相比B、F、I、L、M、X3和X4共7项有统计学意义。男生毕业生与新生相比A、C、F、G、H、L、N、O、Q2、Q3、Q4、X1、X1、Y2、Y3和Y4共15项有统计学意义。结论:根据此结果提示研究生不同群体的人格特质明显不同,建议进行研究生个性化培养模式。

Objective： To study the personality characteristics of medical postgraduate,to provide the base for postgraduate culture personalitily.Methods： By using 16PF questionnaire,postgraduate were investigated.Results： There are predominance different between the medical postgraduate and undergraduate norm.between graduate and freshmen there are about 11 items difference in clinical speciality;only 3 items difference in basic speciality;7 item difference in in female;15 difference in male.Conclusion： cultivate the postgraduate on their different personality.
