摘要
利用无线电收发模块、语音模块、数字编/译码双功能集成电路及高亮度LED数码管等器件,设计无线呼叫系统。当生产一线人员遇到紧急情况需用求救时,可启动无线呼叫系统工作。接收机收到呼叫信号后,经接收装置一系列电路放大处理,输出控制信号,驱动数码显示器工作,显示呼叫区域,同时用语音报警器提醒值班人员。该系统采用模块电路设计,具有抗震动、免调试、数字显示、语音提示、工作可靠之特点,作用距离1000m,可用于矿山工程、电力控制设备、安防系统、工业数据采集等领域。
Designs wireless calling system by using radio voice-T/R module,digital encoding/decoding dual-function integrated circuits,high-brightness LED digital tubes and so on.Once the productions of front-line staff need emergency help,they can start the wireless call system.Receiver receives the call signal,after a series of receiver circuit amplification processing,outputs the control signals,then the digital display works,and finally the call areas is showed.At the same time,voice alarm starts to remind the staff on duty.The system is a modular circuit design,with features of anti-vibration,non-debug,digital display,and voice prompt,reliable operation,its working distance is around 1000m,that's why it can be used for mining engineering,electrical control equipment,security systems,industrial data acquisition and other fields.
