摘要
通过误差分析,介绍电子计数法测量周期的方法,说明其测量精度主要取决于被测信号与闸门信号不相关引起的量化误差。在此理论基础上,介绍一种利用8253的计数功能构成的结构简单、测量范围宽的脉冲信号周期测量电路,并给出实际硬件电路原理和编程方法。
Through the error analysis introduces the method of getting the pulse cycle by electronic counting.Its measuring accuracy is decided by the quantization error which the irrelevance of the measured signal and the gate signal leads to.On the basis of this theory,introduces a kind of useful circuit,which is used to measure pulse cycle with the count function of 8253,and this circuit has simple structure and measurement scope.And gives the principle illustration of practical circuit and programming method.
