摘要
绿色荧光蛋白(GreenFluorescentProtein,GFP)基因用基因枪和压力渗透法导入蚕卵,它的表达由家蚕核多角体病毒(BmNPV)的即刻早期(immediatelyearlystage,IE)蛋白基因启动子控制。在紫外灯下能观察到少数5龄幼虫身上显示绿色荧光斑点,PCR实验证实部分蚕染色体DNA中含有GFP基因。
Gene of GFP(Green Fluorescent Protein) regulated by the IE(immedia tely early stage) promotor of BmNPV is transferred into eggs of silkworm(B ombyx mori) by the method of pressured permeation and gene gun. The green fluorescence can be seen on several silkworms in fifth instar under UV light and the genes of GFP in the posterior silk glands are detected by PCR. The results show that GFP gene is integrated into genomic DNA of silkworm and expre sses in the transgenic silkworms.
