摘要
在传统纸浆模塑制品四棱台状结构的基础上进行创新,提出了2种新的结构形式——复合双壁结构和封闭中空结构,并通过试验和理论模型研究其承载性能。研究表明:2种新型结构的承载性能均得到了提高,而复合双壁结构更能满足重载要求,它相当于倍增的传统单元结构,其力学模型一致;封闭中空结构则是2个传统单元结构的串联。
Based on the quadrangular frustum pyramid structure of traditional molded pulp,the authors put forward two new structural styles,including a composite double-walled structure and a closed hollow structure,and studied the load carrying properties through test and theoretical model.Research shows that the performance of two new structures are both superior to that of traditional structure,the composite double-walled structure can better satisfy the heavy-duty requirement,it is equivalent to multiplied traditional unit structure,and its mechanical model is the same as traditional structure;while the closed hollow structure is made by two traditional unit structures in series.
