摘要
分析了联动线中粘箱部在改造前存在的送料定位结构不合理、双皮带夹送结构易阻滞、侧梁宽度调节传动结构不平稳等关键问题。提出了基本解决方案;重新设计了侧梁传动结构,将平移部分改造为直线导轨;将送料定位结构改造为单皮带真空吸附结构。经加工样机验证:改造工作有效解决了粘箱部送料定位及侧梁宽度调节平移的准确性、平稳性及流畅性等关键问题。
Key issues in fold gluer department of coordinated line before transforming were analyzed,including unreasonable feeding orientation structure,easy blocking of double belt pinch structure and unstable adjustment transmission structure for side beam width.Fundamental solutions were put forward;transmission structure of side beam was redesigned,translation part was transformed into linear guide;and the feeding orientation structure had been transformed into vacuum absorption structure with single belt.It is verified by processed prototype that the transformation has effectively solved the key issues of fold gluer department including accuracy,stability and smoothness.
