Analysis of Knife Line and Register Difference in the Intaglio Printing

为避免塑料薄膜凹版印刷过程中会出现的刀线、套印不准、堵版、墨点、脏点、油污等印刷故障,继而导致印刷质量的下降和印刷材料浪费的情况,根据实践经验,分析总结了刀线、套印不准产生的原因,并在油墨、印版、印刷机、塑料膜材、烘箱温度及刮墨刀等方面,提出了详细的处理方法。

In order to avoid the printing trouble that might occur in the intaglio printing of plastic film,such as knife line,register difference,filling up,ink speck,ink-dot-scum and oil stain,etc.,which might lead to the decline of printing quality and the waste of printing materials,according to the practical experience,the causes of knife line and register difference were analyzed and summarized,and detailed disposal method was put forward in various aspects,such as ink,plate,printing machine,plastic film,temperature of drying oven and scraping blade,etc.
