摘要 为解决工业产品配送中心产品种类较多、差异较大造成的分拣不便,分析了多品种自动分拣系统的功能需求。设计了系统的总体方案,利用环形机构实现产品自动输送和分拣,采用有轨叉式自动搬运小车实现周转箱自动直线输送,给出了产品输送与分拣、周转箱输送、托盘定位以及电气控制等关键环节的具体实现方法。实践证明,该系统使分捡效率提高70%,节省人力67%,分捡差错率大大降低,为大中型企业产品分拣提供了一种可行的方案。 Many varieties and great difference of products make it difficult for industrial product distribution centers to complete sorting effectively.To solve this problem,functional requirements of automatic sorting system for multi-variety product were analyzed and a general scheme for system was designed.A ring shaped mechanism was designed for realizing automatic transportation and sorting of product,and automatic linear transport of turnaround container was realized by an automatic handling forklift with a track.Implementation methods for some key loops of product transportation and sorting,turnaround container transportation,pallet location and electric control were provided.The practice results show that sorting efficiency is increased by 70%,manpower is saved by 67% and error rate of sorting is decreased greatly.As a result,a feasible scheme of product sorting is provided for large and medium-sized enterprises.
