从PVC输液袋对药物的吸附、PVC输液袋中有害物质向药物的迁移、PVC输液袋的透气透湿性3方面,对PVC输液袋的安全性进行了综述。建议严格控制PVC输液袋的质量,系统研究PVC输液袋与药物的相互作用,建立PVC输液袋与药物作用关系数据库,高度重视PVC输液袋的使用安全性问题,进一步研究开发性能良好、安全性高的PVC输液袋。

The safety of PVC infusion bags was presented in terms of drug absorbability of PVC infusion bags,the migration of harmful substance in PVC infusion bags toward drug and the air and moisture permeability of PVC infusion bags.It was proposed to strictly control the quality of PVC infusion bag,perform systematic research on the interaction between PVC infusion bags and drugs,build a data base on the reaction between PVC infusion bags and drugs,attach great importance to the safety of using PVC infusion bags,and further develop a new type of PVC infusion bags with good performance and high safety.
