心理资本研究述评被引量：16

摘要心理资本概念包括自我效能感、乐观、希望、韧性,是积极心理学领域的最新研究成果。从心理资本的提出与界定、心理资本的构成要素及选择标准、心理资本的测量和心理资本的开发等方面对心理资本进行综述和探讨,并在此基础上,提出研究的趋势和展望。
