阿富汗的安全形势对中亚有着重要影响。2010年至2011年上半年将是决定阿富汗安全形势发展的关键时期,但现在看来,阿富汗的安全形势在2010年很难有大的改观。奥巴马的阿富汗战略尽管有一些新意,但却存在致命的败笔,如不完善,将对阿富汗的安全形势产生深远的消极影响。阿富汗的极端、恐怖主义未来对中亚的影响将主要体现在极端、恐怖势力的人员流动与毒品走私等两个方面。

The security of Afghanistan has big influence on the Central Asia.The crucial time from the year 2010 to the mid-2011 may decide the country＇s future security.But at present there will be little hope for any security improvement in 2010.Although Obama has worked out some new strategy towards Afghanistan there still remain some fatal defects.If the US does not carefully amend them,the new strategy will exert a great,lasting negative impact on the security of Afghanistan.The influence of Afghanistan on the Central Asia will mainly involve the flow of the extremists and terrorists,and drug trafficking.
