翻卷及吊袋法在腹腔镜卵巢畸胎瘤剥除术中的应用

Method of rolling and hanging bag on laparoscopic removaling for ovarian mature teratoma

目的探讨翻卷及吊袋法(改进法)用于腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除术的优点。方法回顾性分析应用翻卷及吊袋法进行腹腔镜卵巢畸胎瘤剥除术的临床资料,并与同期常规方法腹腔镜卵巢畸胎瘤手术的病例进行对比分析。结果改进后的方法与常规法比较,其手术时间、出血量、破裂率差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论改进式腹腔镜卵巢畸胎瘤剥除术方法更加微创、简便、效果良好。

Objective To explore the advantage of advanced method on laparoscopic removaling for ovarian mature teratoma.Methods 36 patients with ovarian mature teratoma were treated with new method,while 27 patients with routine method of laparoscopic removaling for ovarian mature teratoma.The difference between two groups were analyzed.Result Advanced method shows the significant difference on operation time,blood loss and the cyst rupture.Conclusion The improved method of laparoscopic removaling for ovarian mature teratoma is worthy to be extended,because of less wound,more simple and higher effect.
