基于主成分的土地整理权属调整影响因素研究——以湖北省沙洋县为例

Influence Factors in Readjustment of Land Property Rights in Land Consolidation Based on Principal Component Analysis:A Case Study of Shayang County,Hubei Province

土地整理权属调整是一种利益敏感的行为,直接关系到土地权利人的根本利益和当地农村社会稳定。以湖北沙洋县土地整理项目区权属调整为研究对象,从自然、社会经济、农户主体及政策制度的角度,采用问卷调查和座谈走访的方式,运用主成分分析法,分析影响土地整理权属调整的因素。研究表明:自然因素、社会经济因素和农户主体因素对土地整理项目区权属调整有着根本性的影响,为土地整理权属调整分析指标定量化研究奠定了基础。

Land property rights readjustment of land consolidation is a form of interest-sensitive behavior, directly related to the fundamental interests of land rights owners and local social stability in rural areas. With the readjustments of land property rights in land consolidation in Shayang County, Hubei Province, as the object of the research, this paper analyzes the impact of the factors affecting the readjustment of land property rights of land consolidation from the angles of nature, social economy, farmers and policies using principal component analysis, with the result that natural factors, socio-economic factors, and farmers have a fundamental impact on the readjustment of land property rights of land consolidation project area, which has laid a foundation for quantitative studies of indicators the readjustments of land property rights of land consolidation.
