摘要 在创建"生态市"的大背景下,江苏省各城市在发展经济的同时都加大环境保护力度,提高城市生态质量。通过在PSR框架下建立的城市生态质量评价指标体系,用TOPSIS(理想点)法对江苏省13个主要城市进行生态质量评价和城际差异的实证分析。结果显示:就空间布局而言,苏中生态质量较差,苏北中等,而苏南较好;就具体城市而言,南京生态质量最好,而淮安最差。 In the background of creating "ecological cities" , all the cities in Jiangsu Province are increasingly making efforts to protect environment, aiming at improving the quality of urban ecology in the course of economic development. This paper establishes an index system for urban ecological quality evaluation under the PSR framework, and then uses TOPSIS method to evaluate the ecological quality of 13 major cities in Jiangsu Province, with an empirical analysis on the inter-city differences of urban ecological quality. The results show that in terms of spatial layout, the middle part of the province is of poor ecological quality, the ecological quality of northern Jiangsu is medium, while the southern Jiangsu is better. Of all the cities in Jiangsu Province, ecological quality of Nanjing City is the best, the worst is Huai' an City.
