摘要
在氟化钙催化作用下,由醛、乙酰乙酸乙酯(或乙酰丙酮)、脲(或硫脲)3组份"一锅法"合成了一系列3,4-二氢嘧啶-2-酮衍生物.该法反应条件温和、反应时间短、产率高,并且氟化钙具有可重复使用的优点.
3,4-Dihydropyrimidin-2(1H)-ones and their derivatives were synthesized in high yields by one-pot three-component Beginelli condensation reactions of aldehydes,ethyl acetoacetate or acetylacetone,urea or thiourea in the presence of catalytic amounts of calcium fluoride in ethanol at reflux temperature.This method has such advantages as high yield,short reaction time and simple manipulation.Calcium fluoride is also found to exhibit reusable activity.
