摘要
通过盆栽条件下水分胁迫试验,测定了一球悬铃木优良无性系的耐旱性生理生化指标,结果表明:在水分胁迫下,12个一球悬铃木无性系光合特性、叶绿素荧光参数均出现明显差异,GA与荧光参数的Fv/Fm、△F/Fm、qP和光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)、蒸腾速率(Tr)变化趋势一致,ABA、IAA、ZR呈现区间波动态势。NY44、SJ8、SJ36、DY36、ZJ36、ZJ14等无性系耐旱性较强。
We treated potted Platanus occidentalis with water stress and checked several physiological and biochemical indicators related to drought resistance. The results indicated a significant difference in the photosynthesis properties and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of 12 pure-clonic forms under water stress. Only GA, among the four endogenous hormones that we checked, had the same change tendency with the A value, Gs, and Tr of photosynthesis efficiency and some fluorescence parameters like Fv/Fm, △F/Fm, and qP. However, ABA, IAA and ZR showed irregular changes. Analysis also indicated a relatively strong drought resistance in pure-clonic forms like NY44, SJ8, SJ36, Dy36, ZJ36, and ZJ14.
