保水剂和聚天门冬氨酸复合材料对紫穗槐生长效果研究 被引量:5

摘要 为了研究保水剂和聚天门冬氨酸复合一体化使用对苗木生长的影响,以盆栽紫穗槐幼苗为材料,通过6种复合配方测定紫穗槐的生长指标,应用方差分析、多重比较和因子分析法对测定结果进行了研究,确定最优复合配方以及探索其是否具有应用潜力。结果表明:最优复合配方为保水剂:聚天门冬氨酸=15:1,新梢直径、新梢高度、叶片数和叶面积分别比对照增加11.5%、8.8%、7.8%、46.6%。经过因子分析,得出影响紫穗槐的第一因子为生长因子,第二因子为叶面积因子,其累计方差贡献率达91.75%,并对第一因子和第二因子的得分进行综合评判,得出保水剂和聚天门冬氨酸复合配方的生长效果优于对照,并明显优于聚天门冬氨酸(粉末)和聚天门冬氨酸(液体)复合配方的生长效果。 Super absorbent polymer(SAP)has a strong water absorbing and retaining capacity, and polyaspartic acid (PASP)is a new type of fertilizer synergist. Effects of compounded SAP and PASP on the growth of young seedlings of Amorpha fruticosa were investigated. Six formulations were examined by measuring the growth indices of the young seedlings, and the data were processed by variance analysis, multiple comparison and factor analysis to probe the optimal formulation. The results showed that the optimal proportion of SAP and PASP was 15 : 1. Shoot diameter, shoot height, leaf number and leaf area increased by by 11.5%, 8. 8%, 7.8% and 46. 6%. respectively compared with the control. The factor analysis indicated that growth factor was the first one, leaf area, the second. Two principal factors which accounted for 91.75% of total variance were extracted from the original data. Then, comprehensive evaluation was conducted to judge the scores on the first factor and the second. The effects of compounded formula of SAP and PASP was better than the CK and was much better than the compounded formula of powdered PASP and liquid PASP, indicating its significant applicable potential to the afforestation in arid areas.
