超声辅助提取蚕沙中总黄酮的工艺研究

Study on the Method for Ultrasonic Assisted Extraction of Flavonoids from Silkworm Excrement

研究了超声辅助提取蚕沙中总黄酮的提取工艺。采用L9（3 4）正交设计对蚕沙中总黄酮提取工艺进行优化，以比色法检测蚕沙中总黄酮的含量。结果表明：影响总黄酮超声提取的的因素为乙醇浓度〉液料比〉提取时间，最佳提取工艺参数为：提取溶剂为60％乙醇，液料比1：8，提取时间25min，提取2次。

The optimal procedure for extracting flavonoids from silkworm excrement by ultrasonic aided extraction technique was studied. The orthogonal design was adopted to optimize the alcohol extraction process. The contents of flavonoids from silkworm excrement were determined by colourmetric method. The order of the factors which affected extraction was： concentration of ethanol ~ ratio of solid and liquid extraction time. The optimal condition of ultrasonic aided extraction technique was as follows： ethanol concentration： 600 mL · L-1, ratio of solvent of solid materia 1 ： 8; time of extraction： 25 min, times of extraction ： twice.
