The Construction of Governing Capacity of Rural Organization of CPC at the Grass-roots Level in Minority Region of Borderland from the Perspective of Harmonious Society

边疆民族地区农村基层党组织是促进民族地区经济发展的战斗堡垒,是实现辖区各民族共同繁荣的政治核心,是维护边疆稳定的重要保障。当前,边疆民族地区农村基层党组织在引领该地区经济发展、保持该地区和谐稳定和保持党的先进性建设方面仍然面临严峻挑战。加强思想建设、抓好作风建设、创新组织建设、强化能力建设是破解边疆民族地区农村基层党组织执政能力建设难题的有效路径。

The organization of CPC at the grass-roots level is the battle stronghold of promoting economic development in minority region of frontiers.It is the political core of the common prosperity of all peoples living in the bordering areas,and it is the security of stable minority regions.But today,there are some challenges to the construction of the governing capacity of the organizations of grass-roots party at the minority region of borderland.It is an effective path for the rural organizations of grass-roots party of CPC to enhance the governing capacity by way of strengthening the construction of its thought,organization,style of work and ability.
