摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法合成了不同元素混合掺杂Sr2MgSi2O7系列蓝色长余辉发光材料,并对其发光性能进行研究,探讨掺杂元素对材料发光性能的影响规律性.激发发射光谱实验表明其峰均为宽带峰,最大发射峰位于466nm附近,是由典型的Eu2+的4f5d-4f跃迁导致的.所合成的Eu2+,Dy3共掺杂发光材料Sr2MgSi2O7余辉时间可达8hrs以上,具有合适的能级陷阱0.76eV.
The sol-gel synthesis was used to prepare long afterglow blue luminescent materials of mixed-elements doped Sr2MgSi2O7.Their luminescent properties were investigated to find the regularity of the influence of mixed-element dopant on the luminescent properties of Sr2MgSi2O7.The excitation and emission spectra show broadband peaks.The emission peak of around 466nm is attributed to the typical transitions of Eu2 + from the 4f5d-4f.Eu2 +,Dy3+ co-doped Sr2MgSi2O7 displays good luminescent properties with decay time of up to more than 8hrs and has the idea energy trap of 0.76eV.
