Encapsulation of Alkyd Varnish for Long Afterglow Phosphor SrAl_2O_4 to Improve Its Water Resistance

摘要 采用燃烧法合成了SrAl2O4:Eu2+,Dy3+黄绿色长余辉发光材料,并对其进行醇酸清漆包覆.对包覆材料进行了水解后电导率、发光亮度及余辉衰减曲线的测定,利用红外光谱及热重分析对包覆层进行分析.结果表明合适量的清漆包覆对发光材料的发光性能影响很小,却能有效地改善其耐水性能.合适包覆量的质量百分比约为4.2-6.3%. The yellow-green long afterglow luminescent material of SrAl2O4 :Eu2+,Dy3+ was synthesized by a combustion method sample and encapsulated with alkyd varnish.The conductivity in water and luminescent properties were determined for encapsulated phosphor after its immersion in water.IR spectra and TGA curve were determined to analyze the structure of encapsulated phosphor.The results showed that alkyd varnish encapsulation can effectively improve the water-resistance for phosphor without affecting its luminescent properties too much.The suitable encapsulation amount is about 4.2-6.3 mass%.
