猪视黄醇及视黄酸结合蛋白基因的几个内含子的克隆测序

摘要 视黄醇及其具生理活性的代谢产物在动物的视觉、生长、繁殖、细胞的分化及胚胎发育等方面起重要作用.本研究对猪细胞视黄醇结合蛋白基因2(CRBP2)的内含子3,猪细胞视黄醇结合蛋白基因7(CRBP7)的内含子2,猪血浆视黄醇结合蛋白基因4(RBP4)的内含子2、3,猪细胞视黄酸结合蛋白基因2(CRABP2)的内含子2进行了克隆测序,为这些基因的结构及其功能的深入研究奠定了一定的基础. The retinol and its physiological activated derivatives play a critical role in vision,growth,reproduction,cell differentiation and embryonic development.The intron3 of porcine cellular retinol binding protein genes 2(CRBP2),entron2 of porcine cellular retinol binding protein gene 7(CRBP7),intron2 and 3 of porcine plasma retinol binding protein gene(RBP4),and intron2 of porcine cellular retinoic acid binding protein gene 2(CRABP2) were sequenced.These will benefit the further functional and structural study of those genes.
