抗嗜水气单胞菌AH1血清交叉免疫反应的评价

Evaluation of Cross-immune Reaction of Anti-Aeromonas hydrophila AH1 Serum

本研究利用嗜水气单胞菌(Aeromonas hydrophila)AH1腹腔注射小白鼠,测定半数致死量LD50为1.35×107.在此基础上制备抗嗜水气单胞菌AH1血清(抗AH1血清),采用凝集反应测出抗AH1血清的效价为25,600.进一步分析抗AH1血清对温和气单胞菌(Aeromonas sobria)等13种致病菌的交叉免疫反应,结果表明,抗AH1血清与气单胞菌属细菌、弧菌属细菌和假单胞属细菌之间的交叉反应程度比较大,而与其它属细菌之间存在的交叉反应程度小,或不存在交叉反应.

Aeromonas hydrophila AH1 half lethal dose（LD50） was determined through intraperitoneal injection of white rats,which was 1.35×107.According to the LD50,anti-Aeromonas hydrophila AH1 serum（anti-AH1 serum） was prepared,which titer was 25,600 analyzed by agglutination.Furthermore,cross-immune reaction of anti-AH1 serum and other 13 kinds of pathogenic bacteria was studied.Results showed that the level of cross-immune reaction between anti-AH1 serum and Aeromonas bacteria,Vibrio bacteria and Pseudomonas bacteria was high,but that between anti-AH1 serum and other bacteria was low,or even undetected.
