摘要 食品生产的现代化满足了百姓对食品的巨大需求,同时现代科学技术在食品生产中的应用提高了消费者对食品安全的信任度,但是近来一系列的食品安全事件使消费者对采用了新技术、新方法的现代化食品生产的安全性提出了质疑.食物是人类赖以生存和发展的基本物质条件,因此食品及其安全性问题必须得到妥善解决.以牛肉食品的生产为例,本文通过深入探究现代化食品生产中原料生产、产品加工、销售的整个过程,寻找各环节中导致食品安全的症结所在.针对查找出的食品安全问题,在消费者力所能及的范围内提出相应的建议性措施,联合消费者的力量以迫使食品企业从消费者的健康考虑生产真正健康安全的食品. Although technological advances in food processing have meet the customers’ needs largely and increased consumers’ confidence in the safety and quality of food,they have also presented new hazards and concerns that must be addressed.Many large outbreaks of food poisoning in recent years cause the questioning in safety of the modernization of food production.Food is essential thing for the subsistence and development of the mankind,so that these are important and complicated matters that require attention.Taking beef production for an example,this article explores the food safety problems through the processes of agriculture,food processing,wholesale and distribution in the modernization of food production.The corresponding strategies within consumers’ abilities are put forwards to solve these problems.Consumers can play an active,important role to force food industry to look for new and innovative ways to achieve safe and wholesome products.
