摘要
长三角区域经济一体化理论具有国际经济一体化、次区域理论和区域合作理论三个源流。长三角区域经济一体化的动力来自于市场主体和政府,在中国现行体制下,次区域地方政府由于其特有的经济功能而成为一体化过程中具有二元动力倾向的利益主体,这种一体两面的动力机制发生了长三角一体化和区隔化的两大对冲力。演绎了长三角一体化进程的曲折进程。长三角区域经济一体化的价值目标在于形成产业分工和规模经济效应,构建世界级的大都市群,实现次区域间的资源共享和利益互补,以及探索更具普适性体制创新意义的区域一体化制度平台。
The regional integration theory of Yangtze delta region has three theoretical origins, namely international economic integration, sub - region and regional cooperation. The integration is driven by market subject and government. The sub - regional government becomes the binary drive oriented stakeholder in the integration process because of their particular economic function under current system in China. This sort of dynamic mechanism of one body with both sides also brings the hedging integration and segmentation, which infers the tortuous process of the integration of Yangtze delta region. The value targets of the regional integration of Yangtze delta region lies in forming industrial division and scale effect, constructing world class metropolitan groups, realizing resource sharing and interest complementing, and exploring regional integrated institution with more universal significance in institutional innovation.
