"秋胡戏妻"故事在不同时期的演变,反映了文人的不同心态。在汉代是以倡导孝义的谏书存在;魏晋时期是文人矛盾心态的产物;唐宋时期,既是规范妇德的教本,也体现了闺怨的思想;元杂剧创造了富于个性的女性形象罗梅英:个性泼辣,语言锋利而幽默,影响较大,反映了文人的进步心态;明代则体现了传统妇德的再次回归。
The story "Qiuhu Teasing His Wife" evolved three versions in history. They reflect the different mentalities of literati. During the Han Dynasty, existing in Expostulation, it advocated Filial Piety and Loyalism. The story in the Wei and Jin Dynasty was the product of literary ambivalence. During the Tang and Song Dynasties, it was a normative textbook of feminine virtue, and also reflected the Boudoir Blues. The Yuan Drama created a rich personality image of women named Luo Meiying, who was forceful, humorous and keen in words, which marked a great advancing step of the scholars' mentality. The story in Ming Dynasty shows the return of the advocation of traditional feminine virtue.
