重结论、轻方法是我国法学教育与学术研究中普遍存在的问题,提升法学教育与研究的方法论品质,培养学生多元化的法学研究方法,可以有效地克服以往仅在法学内容上要求太多,而在培养学生的认识研究能力上做得太少的弊端,达到拓展法科学生的视野,增强其研究能力,深化其知识结构,提高其综合素质的目的。

It is a common problem to pay attention to conclusion rather than method in China＇s law education and academic research.Impraing the methodology quality of law education can rectify some defects of law such as giving priority so teaching content rather than developing students＇abilities so as to broder.Law majors＇ horizon,improve their research ability,deepen knowledge structure and improve their comprchensive ability.
