法学本科教育的现状与定位思考

法学本科教育在我国的法学教育体系中处于基础性的地位。法学本科的教育质量不仅直接影响到法学教育硕士和博士阶段的教育水平,而且对法律实践人才素质的培养也起到至关重要的作用。当下我国法学本科教育存在着教育机构扩张过快、教学质量下降、就业形势日益下滑的问题,解决这些问题需要准确界定法学本科教育在整个法学教育体系的角色定位。在此基础上,确定法学本科教育的培养目标、规模,建立科学的法学本科教育的培养模式。

Law underaduate education is the basis of our country＇s law education system.Its education quality not only influences the teaching level of Law maters and doctors but also affects the cultivation of lawyers.The settlement of the problems of fast educatin institution expension.Law teaching quality and unfavourable job-hunting situation needs the role position of law undergraducate education in Law education system.On this basis,its developing aim,size and teaching form can be constructed.
