高校法科学生道德养成教育的理性思考

Rational Thought on Education of Morality Cultivation for College Law Majors

我国法学教育目的的自身特性、法治国家建设以及法律内在属性外化的要求,决定了高校法科学生道德养成教育的不可或缺性。但就现实情况看,这种教育并未得到充分重视。文章从高等教育具有专业性这一特点出发,论述了高校法科学生道德养成教育的必要性,对其内涵进行了界定和概括,并在此基础上提出了强化教育的具体实施路径。

The joint of the inner characterics of Law education＇s objective,establishment of legal-oriented country,and externalization of law＇s internal features determines the necessity of education of morality cultivation for college law majors in China.However,it has not been put enough emphasis from the perspective of reality.From the viewpoint of speciality of higher education,this paper expounds the necessity of education of morality cultivation for college law majors.Furthermore,it defines and generates its connotation,on the basis of which several specific implement methods to strengthen this kind of cultivation are proposed.
