网络技术的出现和迅速发展,使人类文明的传播进入了一个全新的时代,网络成为各种文化传递和融合的主要通道。在新形势下更好地传承民族文化首先要充分利用网络传播优势,加强民族文化信息传播,扩大民族文化影响。其次,要正确认识网络时代所带来的负面影响。挖掘传统文化中的民族文化传承思想,坚持以教育为本,以网络传播技术为辅,以学校教育为主,重视史学传统,在保持本民族优秀文化传统的同时,不断吸收外来文化的优点,兼收并蓄,不断创新,实现民族文化的传承与持续发展。

The emergence and rapid development of network technology have made human civilization spreading enter a new era.And the network became the main way in which varied cultures transfer and integrate.In order to inherit our own culture in the new situation,we should,first of all,make full use of the network,strengthen cultural information dissemination,and expand its influence.Then,we need to be wary of the negative impact which the network has on us.We insist that the heritage and sustainable development of culture would be based on education and supplemented by the network communication technology.And teaching would be the focus,and historiography would be emphasized.When retaining our brilliant culture,we should constantly absorb the advantages of foreign cultures;therefore,we could be more creative.
