近30年来中国古代疫病流行及社会应对机制研究综述

A Survey of the Study on the Social History of Epidemic and the tackled measure in Ancient China in the Recent 30 years

自20世纪80年代以来,对中国古代疫病流行及社会应对机制的研究成为医学界和史学界关注的热点问题。研究内容涉及到中国古代疫病流行状况资料汇编、疫病史、对某一朝代或某一历史阶段疫病的流行状况的分析、对单项疫病流行状况的研究、中国古代医学典籍中疫病防治思想、疫病对中国古代社会的影响和疫病发生后社会的应对机制及救助措施等诸多方面。这些成果有力地推动了该领域研究的深入发展,但也存在着明显的问题和不足。

Since the 80＇s of the 20th century,the study of social history of epidemic and the tackled measure in ancient China has become the hot spot which was paid close attention by medical and historical circles.The content of study touched on the compilation of date on the popular condition of epidemic in ancient China,history of epidemic,the popular condition of epidemic in a certain dynasty and a certain historical stage,single epidemic,the preventive and cured thought on epidemic of medical books in ancient China,the effect of epidemic on the ancient China society,and the tackled and relief measure come from society,etc.These research results promoted forcefully thorough development on the research of social history of epidemic,but there are obvious problems and deficiencies.
