科学发展观的国际比较——兼论联合国发展观的中国本土化

发展、进步是人类社会永恒的主题。通过对联合国发展观与当代中国发展观的演进历程及其理论比较,可以看出,两者都经历了艰苦的探索过程;联合国发展观与中国不同发展阶段的具体实践相结合实现了中国本土化;并反映出现代化发展的整体性和异步性相统一的规律。我们也认识到,科学发展观是当代中国的必然选择。只有与本国实践相结合的发展理论对本国的发展实践才是至关重要的。全面、合理、科学的发展应是整个人类追求的共同目标。各国既要汲取他国有关发展的经验教训,同时又要互相借鉴正确的发展理论,以共同推进整个人类和谐发展。

The Development and evolvement are the main themes for human beings.From the evolution of the United Nations＇and contemporary Chinese development views,we can see that both development views began to pay more attention to taking the man as the dominated factor.Combined with different stages of practice in China,United Nations＇development views have been indigenized in China.The evolution of both development views also integrate the synchronization with the asynchronization.According to the comparison between them,we can say that the Scientific Development View is our and other countries＇ reasonable choice,and that the development views fitting for the conditions of ones＇own countries are essential.All countries should also learn from others and use the right development theories for reference to improve the harmonious development of the whole world.
