Henry反应是一类有效的碳碳键形成反应,其产物邻硝基醇可进一步转化为含氮、氧原子的有机中间体.根据催化剂的结构类型对基于烷基锌金属络合催化的不对称Henry反应进行了综述.
A review is provided of research progress in asymmetric Henry reaction based on alkylzinc reagents in relation to structure types of chiral catalysts.It is pointed out that Henry reaction is one of the powerful carbon-carbon bond formation reactions;the resulting product of the reaction,β-nitroalcohol,can be transformed into a number of nitrogen-and oxygen-containing derivatives.
