摘要
认为TRIZ是迄今为止在我国公开传播的创造技法中唯一的一个由基本图景、基本原理、基本方法、基本推论和基本事实组成的技术创新理论体系。不仅如此,它还具有内在的开放性、操作上的规范性和解题过程的程序性三个特点,因此,是一个颇为完备的技术创新理论体系。
It is pointed out that technical innovation theory is an integrated system with basic vision,principal,method,inference and facts.TRIZ is the only skill for creation with technical innovation theory in China till now.Besides,it is an open system with normative operation rules and procedural problem-solving process.So TRIZ is a complete technical innovation theory system.
