顺气补心十一味丸对心梗大鼠肿瘤坏死因子-α表达的影响

Effect of Shunqibuxinshiyiwei Pill on Tumor Necrosis Factor-α in Myocardial Infarction Rats

目的:探讨应用蒙药顺气补心十一味丸干预对心肌梗死大鼠心肌组织中肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)表达的影响。方法:皮下注射异丙肾上腺素复制心肌梗死大鼠模型,各组分别灌胃相应剂量药物,28 d后取心肌组织观察其病理形态学改变与TNF-α的表达情况。结果:与心肌梗死组相比,各药物干预组大鼠心肌组织病理损伤有所减轻,心肌组织中TNF-α的表达均有明显下调,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:蒙药顺气补心十一味丸可能通过调节TNF-α的表达来减轻异丙肾上腺素所致实验性大鼠心肌梗死后的心室重构。

Objective： To investigate the expression of tumor necrosis factor-α（TNF-α） in experimental myocardial infarction rats with intervention of Shunqibuxinshiyiwei Pill.Methods： Myocardial infarction rat models were created with Isoproterenol（ISO） by hypodermic injection（40 mg/kg×2days）.The rats in each group were treated with stomach affusion until 28th day.The rats pathological manifestation were clarified with HE staining and the expression of tumor necrosis factor-α in myocardium tissue were performed with immunohistochemistical staining on the 28th day after myocardial infarction in each group.Results： The pathological injury were significantly improved and the expression of tumor necrosis factor-α were significantly declined in the other three groups,compared with myocardial infarction group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Mongolia drug-Shunqibuxinshiyiwei Pill could prevent ventricular remodeling by declining the expression of tumor necrosis factor-α in myocardial infarction rats.
