儿童注意缺陷多动障碍行为治疗进展被引量：2

摘要儿童注意缺陷多动障碍(attention deficit hyperactivity disorder,ADHD)是儿童时期常见的行为障碍性疾病。由于ADHD对儿童本人、家庭及社会造成极大的困扰,因此应早发现、早治疗。目前,ADHD的治疗主张药物治疗与行为治疗联合进行以取得更为理想的治疗结局。行为治疗经循证医学研究显示与兴奋剂同属一线治疗。在行为治疗的实施中,父母培训与学校干预这两种形式的研究最为广泛且最具成效。本文主要就ADHD治疗建议、行为治疗方法以及组织形式、行为治疗的局限性等方面作一综述。
