天津蓟县农地流转的现状及对策研究

Study on Current Situation and Countermeasures of Farmland Circulation in Ji County of Tianjin

以加快现代农业发展为出发点,根据蓟县农村土地流转的总体情况和主要特点,提出了该地区农村土地流转存在的主要问题,分析了其影响因素,并提出了相关的对策建议,为政府决策提供参考依据。

Starting from quickening the modern agricultural development,according to the overall situation and main characteristics of farmland circulation in Ji County,the main existing problems of farmland circulation in this area are put forward,and the influencing factors are analyzed.Also,the related countermeasures and suggestions are advanced in order to provide some references for the decisions of the government.
