摘要
采用密度和施氮量两个因子对鲜食糯玉米果穗主要营养成分进行了裂区试验研究。试验结果表明,随种植密度的提高,粗蛋白含量显著降低、粗脂肪含量显著增加,总糖含量显著降低,但对淀粉、粗纤维和还原糖含量影响不大;随施氮量的增加,粗蛋白、粗脂肪、粗纤维含量极显著提高,淀粉、总糖和还原糖含量极显著下降。供试品种在攀西及类似地区以8.25万株/hm2的种植密度,并配合300 kg/hm2的纯氮施用量有利于提高鲜食糯玉米鲜穗营养价值,同时注意小喇叭期以前确保土壤的适宜墒情。
Two factors,the planting density and the nitrogen level,were used in a split-plot experiment to find out the major nutritional elements of the fresh waxy corn ear.Results showed that,with increasing planting density,CP content dropped remarkably,crude fat content increased considerably,and total sugar content decreased obviously,but content of Ayl,CF and DC was not significantly affected.As nitrogen levels increased,content of CP,SF and CF in the grain showed remarkable rise,but content of Ayl,GC and DC showed significant decrease.So for the trial varieties,a planting density of 82 500 plants per hm2,accompanied with a pure nitrogen application of 300 kg per hm2 in Panxi and other similar regions can help to promote the nutritional value of the fresh waxy corn ear.To achieve this,an appropriate soil moisture content should be guaranteed before the ear's early growing stage.
